Nimb Brasserie
New Lighting Design for Nimb Brasserie
For Nimb Brasserie, we developed a new lighting plan that works together with the restaurant’s interior and its bright, beautiful setting. To create a cohesive look throughout the space, the aim was to keep both the general and decorative lighting in the same raw aluminium finish.
For the general lighting, we suggested a combination of our own cylinder spots, double cylinder spots and track spots to create a soft and even light throughout the restaurant. Between the large windows overlooking Tivoli, we used the available wall space for decorative lighting with the Vector wall lamp by J. Adams & Co in satin nickel. Its slim, textured design provides both uplight and downlight, creating a warm, inviting glow along the walls and up towards the high ceiling.
In the evening, Nimb can place Delta Light’s portable Pisco battery lamps on the tables. The marble-covered top helps soften the light, while the touch dimming allows the colour temperature to be adjusted from 2700K to 1800K, making it easy to adapt the light to the atmosphere.
