An Industrial Aesthetic Bakery and Coffee Roastery

Located in the former industrial district of Nordhavn, Andersen & Maillard Bakery features high ceilings in the authentic, industrial spaces. To create a warm and inviting atmosphere, the interior is kept in calm colors, materials and soft textures that balance the industrial character.

In collaboration with Danielle Siggerud Architects, we provided the technical lighting through a track system that complements the bakery’s minimalist aesthetic while fitting the tall, raw ceilings.

In the area where the bakers work, we added industrial fixtures from French Sammode, while Danielle Siggerud designed the decorative lighting with soft, organically shaped pendants.
