Filigree

What distinguishes a lamp from a light source? This question inspired Rick Tegelaar to create the Filigree Floorlamp for Moooi. The lamp features a delicate network of threads, reminiscent of beautiful filigree work, which holds the translucent screen protecting the LED light. The soft light is evenly distributed throughout the room, and when pointed towards a wall or ceiling, it creates a playful pattern of shadows that captures attention.
